Live Tarot Reading Terms, Policies, and Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A LIVE DIGITAL SERVICE

No physical product will be shipped or mailed.

This purchase includes one tarot question answered during a live social media session. The reading may take place on TikTok or another social media platform announced by the Melii .

The customer must provide the correct social media username and be present during the live session to receive the reading. Each purchase covers one question. Additional questions require an additional purchase.

Reading disclaimer

Tarot readings are provided for entertainment only.

Tarot does not provide guaranteed predictions or guaranteed outcomes. The information shared during your reading represents the reader’s interpretation of the cards at that moment.

Tarot readings do not replace medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other licensed professional advice.

Health, legal, emergency, pregnancy, death, criminal, and professional financial questions may be declined. When possible, the customer may submit a different question instead.

Customer responsibility

You remain fully responsible for your choices, actions, decisions, relationships, finances, health, and personal outcomes.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the reading. You agree that you will not treat the reading as professional advice or rely on it as the sole basis for an important decision.

The reader, business, and social media platform are not responsible for actions taken, decisions made, losses experienced, or outcomes connected to the reading, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Live session and Privacy notice

This reading takes place during a public social media live session.

Your username, comments, question, and reading may be visible or audible to other viewers. The social media platform may save, replay, or display the live session according to its own policies.

Do not include private medical information, addresses, financial account information, passwords, legal documents, or other sensitive personal information in your question.

Attendance and redemption policy

The customer is responsible for attending the live session and using the same social media username provided during checkout.

If the customer is not present when called, the reader may move to the next customer and attempt to return to the order later during the session.

Orders must be redeemed within [30 days] of purchase. Unused or unclaimed readings expire after that period.

Technical difficulties

If a technical issue caused by the reader or social media platform prevents the reading from being completed, the customer will receive a replacement reading or store credit.

The customer will not receive a refund for personal internet problems, incorrect usernames, missed notifications, leaving the live session early, or failing to attend.

Refund policy

All sales are final once the reading has started or been completed.

Refunds will not be provided because the customer disagrees with the reading, dislikes the cards pulled, does not receive the answer they expected, changes their mind, misses the live session, or fails to submit an eligible question.

Duplicate or accidental purchases must be reported before the reading is provided.

Age requirement

Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading.
