This policy outlines the procedures for claiming crystals, accessing invoices, and making payments for our Live Sales.

Claiming Crystals:

Claim During Live Sale: To claim a crystal, comment its number (e.g., 5, 5T, Claim 5, Mine 5) with emojis during the Live Sale. This helps avoid comment filtering.
Price & Number: The number displayed on the crystal is also its price.
First Valid Claim Wins: In case of multiple claims for the same item, the first valid comment received will be awarded the crystal. You may see your name appear first on your end but my end will be someone else.
Claim Only What You Want: Please be responsible when claiming items during the live.

Payment & Invoices:

Invoice Availability: Invoices and listings for your claimed crystals will be accessible within 2 hours after the Live Sale concludes.
Payment Due: Payment is due within 24 hours of the Live Sale.
Timely Payment Benefits: Timely payments ensure your account remains in good standing and allow you to participate in future claims.
Late Payment Consequences: Late payments or failure to notify us beforehand may restrict your ability to participate in future Live Sales.

Double-Check Descriptions: Before claiming, we highly recommend verifying the crystal details against the product description provided during the Live Sale. This ensures you're getting exactly what you desire.
Double-Check Claims: Please verify that you are checking out the correct listings to avoid any mix-ups. We are not responsible for you paying for the incorrect live sale claim listing/invoice.
No Refunds/Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for crystals. Please review everything before checking out.
