Damages and Issues:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, it is important to contact us within 48 hours of delivery at imbodyco@gmail.com. Please provide us with detailed information and supporting evidence, such as photographs, so that we can assess the situation. Please note that filing a claim with the shipping carrier may also be necessary in some cases. We will handle each case individually and strive to find a satisfactory resolution for you.
Once the shipping carrier has picked up the item, we cannot offer a refund or return.
Exchanges:
Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review all product details, including descriptions and images, before making a purchase.
